Confused advice please

Hi all just looking for advice really I had sex 5 days ago he pulled out now my boobs are sore Af is not due for another 11 days all I want to do is eat and sleep haven't been feeling myself recently has anyone had this at 5dpo and had a bfp even after the pull out method thanks
