Bleh. Today has been a rough day. I couldn’t sleep most of last night due to nausea and I’m still nauseous tonight. I’m also extremely sensitive to smell right now. I woke up from a nap because of nausea and figured out it was triggered from smelling my hubby’s salad he was eating for dinner. I really hope that I’m feeling even just a little better tomorrow... I want to be able to enjoy Thanksgiving.
What are some things that help you with constant nausea?
I CANNOT handle ginger, it makes me feel sick (I’ve always disliked it). The only ginger thing I can handle is my Zevia ginger ale (which does have ginger extract).
