Pneumonia?

Hey everyone, so I have a pretty bad cold right now, started off as a small cough then went to a sore throat where it felt like I was swallowing razors, and when that went away, I got a nasty cough. It was really wet to start with, I was coughing up greenish phlegm, that went down a lot and it’s kind of dry now, but I still cough up a little bit.

I’ve been coughing fits all day, but I just had such a bad one, I threw up a couple times. I do feel drained, but not so drained that I can’t function. I was also diagnosed with a kidney infection, so I’m taking antibiotics on top of this.

I haven’t had a fever all week, my temp is only slightly raised at 99.2, this cough is just ruthless.
