Sometimes when I move in bed I’ll feel a really sharp pain in my lower abdomen, it’s definitely not cramps it comes sudden and painful.

Usually it happens when I get up off my back to move onto my stomach at night but it just happened while laying on my back, I lifted my right leg and felt it sharp on the right lower abdomen.

Could this be caused by my sciatic nerve? It’s the fourth time I feel it in about 2 weeks
