Tips on being so sick? Feeling discouraged

Hi all, this is my first pregnancy, and I’ve been extremely sick since 6 weeks. I’m on double doses of Zofran and Promethizine. I’m at 11w4days, and am just so completely exhausted from the constant sickness. 
Any tips or advice on how to push through? None of my friends have ever been this sick, so I’m feeling pretty isolated.

Honestly neither of those helped me my first pregnancy they made my sickness worse. I was put on diclegis. Honestly I was sick until the day I delivered by daughter. But I was able to get through it with the help of apple juice, mints, hot baths, and saltines. I'm pretty sure that was about all i could eat my whole pregnancy. I would see about being put on different medications And go from there. Best of luck! I hope you start feeling better soon, and congrats!

I am the same this pregnancy - living on sprite and zofran!
Try eating something and allowing it to digest 20-30 minutes everyday before you get out of the bed.  Even if that means keeping snacks beside your bed!  Snack throughout the day, I thought I had the stomach bug for a week, went to the ER, to find out I was pregnant. Every time I feel the hunger pain, I go ahead and eat.  Basically staying ahead of it!  I don’t know if this will work for you I just know it has for me and I thought I’d share.  Stay hydrated to - with anything - just to keep electrolytes up.  I like fruit pops because they are refreshing and not heavy on my tummy while I’m waiting on my stomach to settle.  Or if I’m already feeling wheezy, but I can’t eat anything bc of it.  Feel better, mama!
