Most painful period ever for me

First of all, happy thanksgiving everybody!

Usually my period is 3-4 days long and no cramps whatsoever and comes around every 26 to 27 days. And I spot a few days before.

Well this period came at 24 days. No spotting a few days before. No warning at all. Today is day 2 and I am now cramping up so bad.

Why would I be cramping up so bad when I never really have before. If I have it was so long ago like many years ago that I don’t even remember it.

Anyone got any ideas on why this is happening first time? And anyone got any advice to help me get through this thanksgiving day with a toddler?
