Slight shoulder pain and crampd one side

I am 6 weeks pregnant now and i have been experiencing mild pain on my right shoulder blade. Today iv noticed hurt abit a the top. Not painful or anything just when i move in some positions. Also for the last hour iv had cramling and pain on my left side (in my lower stomach) not really bad but noticable! I dont want to waste anyones time or anything but do you think they would give me an early scan with these concerns? X

UDATE- the shoulder pain and one sided cramps are completely gone now so i guess its just normal pregnancy pains. If it comes back and is quite strong i will speak to someone though x
