Constant swollen abdonmen

Hi guys!

So I’ve had a badly swollen stomach /lower half of my stomach for 4 weeks now. I’ve been to the doctors and the IBS medicine they gave me made me have serious bad pains. I knew it wasn’t IBS anyway because this feels so different. It doesn’t come and go its constant and it’s uncomfortable. I’m constantly tired and my appetite goes up and down. Headaches also come and go. I just want to get it sorted my the doctors seem to just blame IBS but IBS doesn’t last 4 weeks solid, no stopping. I know somethings wrong with it and I just want to know if anyone else has had a similar experience?
