So I have my first appointment on Tuesday what should I expect? What do they do? Will they do an ultrasound? TIA

depends how far along you are. you will be expected to answer a lot of questions. don't know if this is everywhere, but i received free sample of formula(sensitive, regular) a small pack of diapers, and gift cards worth up to $180

Urine test, blood test, medical history, family history. Lots of info.

If you haven't been given a bunch of requisition forms by your family doctor yet, the ob will give you all of those to get your blood, urine and ultrasound.  They will ask a crap ton of questions.  Also depending on how far along you are and how well equipped the clinic is, they might try and listen for a heartbeat.

I told family after scan. But still only people I see know I have my children I don’t put much on social media at all

If it’s a pregnancy confirmation, urine test & maybe a limited ultrasound. Possibly, a pap will be done or they might have you wait until your first prenatal appointment.
