I thought I just dislocated my pelvis sneezing 😂

Laying in bed on my side... had the biggest sneeze I’ve had in this decade... I swear I felt like I dislocated my pelvis😅 my lower half popped in three different spots and I thought I was dying. False alarm though, I can walk! Happy thanksgiving! 😂😂
