Say you ovulated 24-48 hours after unprotected sex. That makes Implantation happens 6-12 days after unprotected sex IF you ovulated then. The HCG would be fairly low at 6-9 days after and you won't experience nausea right away. What caises nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is fairly high hcg. Plus you haven't even missed a period yet.

I started having nausea literally a week before I actually tested (I tested the day af was due). Nausea, vomiting, extreme fatigue that all lasted until I was 10 weeks along. When you're nausea and other symptoms doesn't just depend on hcg levels, it depends on how your body reacts to hcg.
