Storing breastmilk. Ftm

I’m expressing a bottle to take out for dinner for my mother’s birthday because I’m not confident breastfeeding in public yet (I also may have a sneaky drink with dinner 🙊) I’ve pumped at 9:30am and dinner isn’t until 7pm, my bubba eats on demand during the day or every 4-5hours so she may or may not even have it while we’re out.

My question is, if I put it in the fridge now, do it get it out an hour or so before we leave for it to return to room temp? Or should I leave it in the fridge and request at the restaurant if they could warm it up?
