When to be concerned?

My little one has had a dry cough and off/on runny nose since she started daycare 3 months ago. Yesterday her nose ran all day long and this morning she woke up with a horsey cough/voice. She isn’t coughing much, but when she does I can tell it’s different. When should I be worried or take her into the dr? FTM here and a worrier since we are with lots of family members who’ve love to cuddle her

Adalynn had this last week. She had a runny nose, a little cough but was also hoarse. She never ran a fever but we gave her some tylenol when we could tell she wasnt feeling good. We didn't take her in. There really isnt anything they can do for the common cold. Her symptoms should go away in about a week. If they go on longer, then I'd take her in. My cold turned into an upper respiratory infection

From what I’ve experienced, mommas can easily tell when something is different. So, totally trust that.
I don’t have much experience with baby colds yet, but I’d say keep her from being held by family members. Maybe make an exception for grandmas only if they wash hands and no kisses. 
Keep baby warm and hydrated, keep an eye out for a fever. If baby gets one or starts refusing to eat for long periods of time, call into a nurse’s station at the hospital to get advice. They usually consult with a doctor on it. Idk if your normal doctor is an option today.
