Why is this happening to me?!

Why do I keep getting a reaccurent bacterial and yeast infection?! I'm not a nasty person. Been off bc for going on my 4th cycle now. SO is also clean. No STDs. Been checked by my gyno. I've already had three rounds of antibiotics and for this. I thought it was going to not come back and it did! Any doctors that can answer this? Been using condoms most recently because my gyno said to see if that helps. Yes we were ttc before that's why I put this here. If it's in the wrong place please lmk.
