He walked out

So my fiancee walked out on me today, he's ignored calls text etc. I'm 31 weeks with a very high risk pregnancy. I've been on complete pelvic rest (no sex) since 21 week due to placenta previa. This is the 4th time he's done it and every time I then bleed due to stress Am I in the wrong for being angry? 😭😭😭I'm obviously upset about it, it's hard to gauge because no back story. He put me down, called me lazy and made me feel like I'm Completly worthless!
