Thxgiving leftover creations

For lunch today I took leftover stuffing and made it into fist-size balls. Lined a baking dish with said balls, sprinkled chopped up leftover turkey and ham (we had ham at thxgiving too this year) all around the stuffing balls, then threw in chopped up green beans too. Then I covered the whole thing in a mixture of cream, eggs, rosemary, parsley, and thyme plus shredded mild cheddar and some flicks of cranberry sauce. Baked at 350 for 45 minutes. Delish.

For dinner, I found a can of Campbell’s cream of broccoli, heated it up with some frozen chicken broth, a little water, some cream. Added chopped up leftover turkey and some chopped up fresh spinach. Served in bowls with some shredded cheddar and frenchies onions on top.
