I'm in a no tolerance state so I quit in my second trimester. They drug tested me every time I went in to see my OB, and drug tested both baby and I when I had her.

I smoked my whole pregnancy and the night before I went in for my c section....no CPS questioned me. Hm but I did worry about that maybe happening but it didnt.

I've had 3 kids. First pregnancy I stopped in my 2nd trimester because of placenta previa, everything turned out fine.
2nd pregnancy I smoked until a month before, everything was fine. 
This last pregnancy I smoke during my whole pregnancy and everything turned out fine. This time though we did have CPS question us before coming home, they even had to check out the home before baby could come home. But again everything turned out great our case was closed the same day. 😁
