Stool softener???

Is it safe to take a stool softener?? 29 weeks and all of a sudden having a bit of trouble going #2...and ouch! Lol sorry tmi but it is what it is. Usually I have the opposite problem and I’ve never actually had this happen before!

A nice big cup of prune juice! If that doesn’t do it, I use colace too. But usually the prune juice works After about 2 hours 😬

Start Colace now (OTC and mild enough to take daily) and continue until you’re back “regular” post-partum. Those first bowel movements are a doozy 💩
