I'm getting sick a lot 😥
Ugh, I've always felt like my body was a little weaker than others, but ever since getting pregnant and having my son, I'm always catching EVERYTHING! I eat health and exercise. I'd say my worst habit is I eat bread products, drink flavored creamer in my coffee, and enjoy junk foods on occasions. I'd say I'm pretty average. I take postnatals and a ton of supplements. Any advice from anyone going through the same? I guess I get a little worried because there's a lot of autoimmune issues in my family and I wonder if I should get some blood work done. My fatigue has been horrible, but I also have an 8 month old I co sleep with because he doesn't sleep through the night, soooo 🤷
