I’m 14 and I want a septum and nostril piercing really bad but my parents are really old fashioned and are refusing to let me try

I made a PowerPoint

I explained that it’s the same clean procedure as the piercings I’ve done before ( helix’s) and that it isn’t permanent like I remove em and they’ll close up ( if they’re under 6 months but I didn’t mention that ) they said that I would look like a cow or whatever and my dad ended getting mad and arguing with me and said that I was hideous with my earrings and shit but I don’t care anymore so anyways I’m a good student I get excellent grades so I told my mom that Christmas and my report card were coming and that if I got straight a’s again I wanted it to be my Christmas gift she said no but I know that she might let me do it but my father ruined everything so if she says no should me and friends sneak out and get it done anyways ?
