Sister in law

I’m a first time mom. I recently learned from my mother in law that my oldest sister in law has herpes. Well before we found out about her having herpes I had told my husband I didn’t want her near our daughter. My sister in law has anger issues and extreme behavioral issues. She is 20 lives with her grandmother, doesn’t have a job. She is still in high school. She gave her boyfriend the keys to her grandmas car without permission. Her boyfriend then proceeded to take the car for 2 days, do drugs in the car and total it. I’ve known this young woman for 4 years and honestly I feel like she is abusive towards their grandmother. There have been times where the family is together for a party and she slashed out throwing a tantrum like a 2 year old. She gets violent and likes causing drama. Am I wrong for not wanting my daughter growing up around her? I just feel like seeing this will traumatize my child.
