Placenta or a blood clot?

Got that 3 weeks pp and a second one 5 weeks pp. Any ideas what it could be?

I think you should definitely contact your OB, especially if its happened twice. I am no medical expert by any stretch of the imagination but I most certainly had nothing like that after I’d given birth, and by 5 weeks pp my bleeding had stopped (can’t remember how long it actually went on for, but it wasn’t heavy at all, it was probably like a heavy-medium period for a week to a medium-light period for another week or 2 then just spotting.) This really needs checking out just incase, hope it’s all ok x

You need to call your OB because blood clots shouldn't be any bigger then a dime

Looks like a blood clot, I would call your ob. Mine told me if I had any blood clot over a certain size I should call.
