Pregnancy boobs?

Has anyone gotten sore nipples but one boob was way heavier and actually swollen during early pregnancy? I noticed tonight that one of my boobs is actually swollen (around areolas) and feel super heavy and firm? I’ve been having sore nipples for a few days that has progressively gotten worse and very sensitive. But I noticed the swelling in my right boob tonight. I am ttc and I am due for my period next week. Thank you in advance 😊
