Battling a cold 😭

I’ve been sick basically since I found out at 3 weeks, I’m now 9 weeks.

I can’t beat this cold, if it isn’t a head cold with stuffy nose, it’s phlegm in my chest, and coughing until I pee my pants! 😭

My dr said “it’s normal to get sick in early pregnancy blah blah blah” but I don’t have morning sickness or anything so ... wtf?

Can I take anything to help alleviate the pressure in my sinuses and chest?
