Water making me feel sick 🤢
Ok so lately if I sip water I gag or it makes me feel more nauseous. I can't NOT drink something, but water is like the only thing I drink regularly besides coffee and hot cocoa. I don't want something that will be high in sugar since I was prediabetic before this pregnancy (numbers hadn't fully gone down from gestational diabetes last pregnancy). Any suggestions? I can't keep gagging every time I drink water 😩
