Please read. Death in family. Long distance relationship. Help.

My boyfriend and I have been together for three years and now we’re in a long distance relationship. He got news last night that two people he was really close to died in a car accident. It’s the worst news possible to ever receive. When my grandma died last year I got through it by having my boyfriend with me through the whole grieving process but now that we’re long distance, I don’t know what all I can do. All I want is to hug him and help him but I can’t. And it’s so difficult with words to let him know that I’m here for him when I’m not actually there in person. Can someone tell me what I can do to help. Please.
