Disappointed in healthcare

I found out a week or so ago I have a cyst. I didn't find out from a doctor, I had to look in my medical records myself and found it in some of my test results. This was not mentioned to me at either point I went to the ER for period cramps. They told me I have dysmenorrhea and sent me home with a prescription. I was actually looking for information about my mental health, it's crazy to think that if I hadn't been looking I would've never known. If I get surgery and it turns out this cyst is the reason my cramps are so bad and I have pain throughout my cycle, not just during my period, I'm going to sue for the amount they said I owe them for my hospital visits.
