What am I supposed to do. I'm at a breaking point.

Starting yesterday leading up today my new born will wake up every hour and start crying. Trying to swaddle her, rock her, hold her, swaddle her with my arms, give her a bottle change her. Everything.... She is starting to only take 45-60 min naps and in between those she wakes up extremely fussy. To top it all off my 2 year doesn't make it any better. I tried letting her self sooth herself and all she did was cry the whole time, never gave up! I am lost what I am supposed to do! I did the leg bicycle thing checked her stomach. I am not fed the fuck up and just so over this. What can I do??
