Dull lingering ache on left side of abdomen

Hi ladies! I’ve been experiencing a dull aching pains most of the day today on my left side abdomen with some mild lower back ache on the left side as well. Is this normal? I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I’ve never felt it last this long before. Normally its come and go so it makes me a little nervous that it’s been lingering this long today. I assumed round ligament pain is more of a sharp sudden pain and goes away after a few minutes but this isn’t sharp is achy feeling and I’m not sure if it’s just my uterus stretching? I had a recent missed miscarriage in the spring at 9 weeks so I’m so scared and nervous all the time now 😕
