Possible pregnancy??

I’m 15 days past ovulation so my period is due like now. But I’m very irregular so it’s never on time.

Anyways, the last few days I’ve noticed my urine has smelled stronger, my lower back has been achy off and on and I’m EXTREMELY exhausted. I did a test at like 11 DPO and it was negative.

My breasts aren’t tender. It doesn’t hurt to pee. So I’m hoping it’s Maybe just a bladder infection? I have an appt with my doc on Wednesday but just came here to see if anyone had these kind of symptoms and actually been pregnant?
