Gift ideas for a mom of 6??

My sister is going to have her 6th baby right around Christmas. (Yes they planned him). I want to think of the perfect gift for her because she deserves it. So moms, looking back, what’s something you would have really appreciated those first couple weeks/months. Price range is about 50 bucks (and offering to baby sit doesn’t count because we watch each other’s kids all the time for each other.) Thank you for any ideas!!

Something for mom herself... after I had my baby I had two full body massages, someone came to the house and did it for me, as well as for my baby. I had one a week after birth, and another one 2 weeks after birth. 
I loved that they came to the house because I didn’t want to leave my son at home while I left, it put my mind at ease knowing I was right there if he needed anything.

Someone to cook and clean. Literally that’s all I wanted to do and I neglected my sleep because of it. Either that or some sleeping pills cause its impossible to sleep with that post partum anxiety
