5 days late

So I’m 5 days late for my period i took a pregnancy test and it said negative... i been extremely tried and peeing a lot but my vagina has been extremely wet more than ever and i been having discharge would could this possibly mean? I’m going to see my OB Friday but today is Monday & im worrying also been having a strong cramp pain in my pelvis me & My S/O had some very hardcore sex which usually put me on but all it did was make my pelvis hurt painful during 😭
