implantation bleeding ??? plz help

IM FREAKING OUT , I had unprotected sex tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday. I forgot to take my birth control sunday so I took both on monday. my period is suppose to start on wednesday (this week) , on thursday I bled alittle then I didn’t on friday then I bled again saturday and sunday then some today, it’s only when I wipe though. is it too early for implantation ??? or am I spotting before my period ??? or did me taking my pill on monday mess it up ??? I keep putting tampons in thinking it’s my period but it’s not obviously.
