Separated stomach muscles- any advice?

Morning ladies,

Has anyone else been told that their stomach muscles have separated during this or a previous pregnancy? I was told yesterday at my first check after baby was born and it took me by surprise.

It's ridiculous that I am stressing about it already but I'm really concerned I'm not going to be able to fix it. And with my hormones all over the place, it's made me a bit of a mess, currently feeling so stupid writing this post crying while my beautiful little bubba sleeps on my lap.

Any advice would be wonderful, thank you
