What do you do with baby during awake time?

Starting to wonder if baby is getting bored. What do you do with baby when they are awake? Any toys or activities you find helpful?

I do tummy time, read to him while he's in his sit-me-up chair, I'll take him on "tours" of the house while I do stuff, set up his flashcards or the mirror so he can stare those for a while lol. I just keep rotating between the same activities and flipping him back to front 😂

We play on his playmat, read books, look in the mirror, talk to eachother and I sing to him like all day long haha. He sits in the bouncer when I eat or if he’s cranky he’s in the carrier or wrap. Our daily walks are a must for my sanity. He always falls asleep when we get outside and when we get back home he wakes up. Sometimes we go to the store or visit family and friends.

Flash cards, reading, we listen to classical music and I’m not gonna lie he loves Dave and Ava ! I also like Hey Bear black and white classical baby sensory videos ....

He wakes. I nurse him.. then he usually poops so I change his diaper! If it’s breakfast or lunch time he’s in the bouncer in the kitchen with me while I eat. 
Otherwise we’re in the living room on his play
Mat or on the blanket doing tummy time and songs, playing with rattle or looking into mirror. 
Sometimes he lounges on my bed while I’m putting clothes away. 
He does get a little alone time 5 min if I go potty or do a quick load of laundry. 
I take him up 10 min before nap and check diaper, put on sleep sack and read a couple books then put him in bassinet for nap!

I feel like we are in such a rut. We have the same little routine for every awake period and it's starting to drive a mama a little bit crazy 😜
We do a couple laps around the house, then move to the playmat where he'll be happy for 15-30 minutes. Finish off with some tummy time. Then we move to the couch where I put him on my lap with some music on and play with him (stand and bounce him, tickle him, wave rattles in his face). Then when he's starting to get tired it's off to the bouncer. I'll either let him fall back asleep there (it's where he has always napped), or if I'm feeling like a battle I'll try to then move him up to his bassinet for a nap which we've been starting to work on.
