Sleep training my 10 month old
I am trying to figure out how to sleep train my 10 month old son. He wakes up every 2 to 3 hours every night for a bottle. Ive literally tried everything to get this boy to sleep all night long but it wont work. Dr says to let him cry and try and soothe him myself but he will scream until he gets a bottle. Im to the point where im so exhausted and tired that i dont even try to soothe him back to sleep i get him a bottle as soon as he wakes up.
