Miscarriage

Hi,

So back in July I had a miscarriage. I'm not sure if I was pregnant with twins or just one. My fiance and I think it was twins but not sure. This is what I passed two weeks after I passed my miscarriage. Is it an embryo/fetus or something else? I pulled it out and felt a cord snap back. I seemed to be showing too early to be only pregnant with one. Any feedback would be appreciated.
