Anyone else feel the same?

Does anyone else feel frustration when it comes to lack of sharing responsibilities with your husband? About every 3 months my husband and I have a heated debate about how I need help with household chores. We've lived in this house for 4 years. He's never vacuumed or dusted. I usually do the laundry, clean bathroom, and now take care of our 6 week old son. I go back to work on Monday full-time. Why is it always on the mom to change, feed, wash bottles, household chores, and dinner? My husband does help with dinner sometimes and takes care of the yard but its winter which means the grass doesnt need cutting. While he got to enjoy watching football and eating a piece of pie last night, I was dressing our son, changing his diaper, washing bottles, and letting out the dogs. How do I help him understand that he needs to help? Maybe I'm looking at it the wrong way and shouldn't be complaining and instead be thankful for a house and family. Any thoughts?
