Advice

So I’ve been hanging out/ “talking” to this man for about two months now. He lives two hours away because he is in the military so we don’t get to see each other as much. Some days it feels like he wants me to be his gf some days it feels like he is just using me for sex. Well talk for days and then go days without talking. We were supposed to hang today and basically he ignored it. I haven’t seen him in two weeks now and I’m just sorta confused. Should I text him and ask him what’s up with the relationship is he trying to be my bf or just someone I had sex with it should I just fallback and say nothing?
