Adenoid removal in 16 month old

After a few visits to the ENT, different medications and finally an x-ray it shows she has extremely large adenoids. Dr. Recommends removal for immediate relief and I agree. My daughter can only breath out her mouth, has had a stuffy nose for 3 months and has some trouble sleeping because of it. I am absolutely petrified. My daughter is my whole entire world and I love her more than anything. I’m so scared something can go wrong. Please please please give me your experience with this 😭💔
