Activity play set for 2y

Hi ladies, hope y’all doing great, I need some recommendations or advice on what to get my 2y old for Christmas, I want like a play set/toy/... wi activities to help him develop some more skills others than just staking things etc... so I have a few options but I’d like to know what you think, if you’ve got some of these or if you know of some others... idk I’m kinda lost here, I’ll put some pictures of what I got so far
