Nursing and melatonin
Has anyone taken melatonin while nursing? I'm having a hard time sleeping and wanted to take melatonin to help me sleep.
My daughter is sleeping through the night and is taking formula during the day. Only nursing night after she gets home from daycare.... I need some sleep.
