Body and mind is up the wall

Hi every body please help because I feel very very very down emotional and stressed

First day period :1st November

Morning after pill : 11th November

Currently 4 days late for period and I am normally clock work

Negative pregnancy test 3 of them

But I’m emotional having intervals of morning sickness and nipples are tingling like the let down feeling in breastfeeding they have even been wet well one of them has.

I don’t understand ladies I do want a baby but not yet I want to get pregnant after Xmas that’s why I am on this now it helped me get pregnant with my daughter who is nearly 2 after 3 mc and a year of trying 3 months on this after logging and I was pregnant so hoping this will be the way again but I’m so emotional can’t stop crying and having anxiety attacks over nothing and I am late but tests are 100% negative I stopped my pill last month after 2 periods in one month the second one started on the 1st of November so haven’t been on my pill since has anybody had this happen to them and is there a chance I’m pregnant even though the test are negative thanks xx I know the post is quite confusing the way of worded it but my head is scattered at the moment. X
