Sick baby?

So out of her 11 months of life she has thankfully not been sick. Besides hfmd//thrush she’s been great. Last night my 11 month coughed so I went to check on her because it was after midnight and all of a sudden she lightly coughs twice more and then VOMITS EVERYWHERE. I have never seen her do that. She puked twice more after that. I took her temp as I changed her pj’s and diaper and she was at 96.8 and I noticed her shivering. So I’m not sure what to expect? But we dressed her in warmer pj’s and put socks on and today she slept so late. Only drank a little bit of formula and has been sleepy all day. Completely unlike her. Temp is normal today, should I wait it out?
