Make sure you're getting enough fiber and water so you're not straining.  Spend as little time on the toilet as possible (don't hang out and play on your phone).  Sit on a donut cushion if you sit a lot.  This is kind of gross and not always possible, but try not to wipe as much after a BM and use a bidet or rinse in the shower, and pat or air dry.  If you have a bathtub, you can try soaking your bum to ease the pain.  Look up sitz baths.  Hemorrhoids suck!  I hope you find relief!

I get them often cause I have lupus and certain meds cause them... honestly there’s not much you can do 😩😩😩😩. Let them pass. I try my best to eat foods that I know won’t make me strain my self.
