Upset about care

The practice I go to has several obgyns. So I’ve seen my usual doctor twice this pregnancy but they’re incouranging me to meet all the others because you dontknow who will be at the hospital to deliver. I feel like if I share my birth plan with my regular ob, it won’t really matter because everything so impersonal and she might not even be there at the birth. Not sure what to do. Do I look for another dr or midwife maybe?
