Ergo 360 baby carrier?

Question

Does anyone have this and would you recommend it? Is it worth the money? The carrier I have is so uncomfortable and hurts my shoulders. Baby is 16lbs and feels so heavy in it.

Yes! Totally worth it! My babe naps while I wear her all the time, can walk with her facing outwards so she is happy look at stuff, I also am able to nurse her in it if need be!

it is so comfortable to wear! i’ve not tried mine in any other position yet, only inward carry with the cushion insert (my little guy falls asleep in it when we’re out, a no-no when they’re outward-facing)
the only fault i have with it is the buckle at the back; i find it very difficult to position correctly on my own. the buckle connects the shoulder straps at the back, level with the bottom of your should blades. i have to fasten it behind my neck, then use a coat hanger to hook the buckle and pull it down! i cannot fasten it at shouldblade level myself! (i just can’t bend that way with baby on my front! 😖)
anyone have any tips for that??

It’s such a great carrier. My son is 9.5kg (about 20 pounds) and 4 months old. It supports his body really well and helps my back handle the weight. He always falls asleep in it, I nurse him in it while I’m walking about, and I regularly wear him for 2+ hours at a time. Comfortable! I used it for my daughter as well, and bought it used before daughter was born, so it lasts a long time it’s good quality.

I have this one in black and it's amazing. It's so easy for me and my husband to switch the size of the straps so he can wear it too. The mesh is amazing as my son emits heat like my husband lol. The shoulder straps are think padded so it's really comfortable. I like the neck pad for supporting my son's head. And I definitely love the pouch on the waistband that is removable. I can throw my phone in there or whatever else I need while I'm shopping.

I have it and would recommend it! Its definitely comfortable...my LO is about 16 lbs too.  I've never used it for an extended period of time though....like 30 min max.  But I don't think it would hurt after even extended use
