So, I should start by saying I have the best girlfriends on the planet who have been very real about the ups and downs of pregnancy and motherhood.
But I just had a “WTF. Are you serious” moment.
Apparently, after 20 weeks you shouldn’t sleep on your back (because the weight of your belly crushes important veins) and it’s best if you sleep on your left side for maximum blood flow to the baby.
Whaaaaat??? I did not know this. Why did no one tell me this??? Not only is my body being taken over, I can’t eat sushi, I dry heave all the time, no wine, but sleep position restrictions too?!?!?! Omg. Like can I FF to meet my beautiful kid and just be done with all this craziness?!?! 🤪😂
