This pregnancy is a test of will

First, there was the HG and the hospital visits and being poked and prodded every single time I went. Not to mention being so dehydrated and malnourished that it weighed on my mental state to the point of me thinking about aborting. ((It isnt something I would ever do but the thought occured and anyone with HG would be able to tell you of how draining it is)). Now at 16 weeks the puking is gone and I thought "oh finally! Now for the regular pregnancy things, like back pain and stretch marks!" And I was honestly excited. Well today, my doctor told me I have a short cervix. I'll be getting an ultrasound again next week to make see if it's actually shortening or if I was just born with a short cervix. He told me that if it is shortening that I will be in the hospital for the rest of my pregnancy, but I'm moving in 3 weeks. And I'll be without insurance for about a month because I'm moving states. So I'm hoping I was just born with a short cervix and it isnt shortening.
