Introducing milk

Anyone introduce their baby to regular milk yet? I breastfed and formula fed till she was 8 months. Now she’s fully formula fed at 11 months. I’m wanting to start introducing regular milk but how should I do it? I’m scared she won’t even take it. She won’t take a cold bottle as is. She has to always have her formula warm. Should I do the same with regular milk? She doesn’t go back to the dr till she’s a year and I kind of want to start her on regular milk already. We drink whole milk but thinking I should start her with 2%?
